Jennifer is a certified advanced hypnotherapist and regressionist and is a long time teacher and continued student of yoga and mindfulness meditation. She holds a dual B.A in Psychology/Elementary Education and a M.S. in School Psychology. She received training in hypnotherapy under the direction of Bryn Blakinship, CMHt., a founding board member of The Newton Institute and International Instructor of Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy through the Michael Newton Institute™ and completed the Duke Integrative Medicine Mindfulness Training for Professionals program under the direction of Dr. Jeffrey Brantley and Dr. Maya McNeilly. She has also worked with Dr. Paul Epstein, through his mindfulness work of connecting the cell and the self as she embarked on her own healing journey through Lyme Disease. She maintains membership through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists. She offers public and professional workshops in NC and abroad and long distance mindfulness meditation consultations via skype. Long distance, she most often works with individuals regarding healing the inner critic and establishing self compassion. She has recently been drawn to writing about the meaningful coincidence, or synchronicity, she has experienced in her life. She is currently compiling information she aspires to publish on how to work with the inner critic, and also documenting the synchronistic experiences she has had in her life, in hopes it will assist others to find their own soul voice. In the past, she has also been a contributing author to the online publication Lightworkers World. To find out more about Jennifer and how she could help you with your journey, please contact her at the phone number or email address above.
